So Sunday was not what we wanted and I know how disappointed you were. We have to move on from this, keep our heads up and hit even harder, tighter and stronger at Regionals! This is it...we don't get a second chance..you need to put everything you have into this routine and nail it on Sunday!!
You have push hard, give 115% and never ever think you are better than the person standing next to you on that mat! You cannot do this alone and you need your teammates to do this on Sunday!!
It's going to be a tough week but it will be worth it in the end!!
Game faces on and no excuses this week!
