Winter Season 2011- 2012 Tryout Dates:
Wednesday, November 30th, 5:30-6:00 (Parent & Cheerleader Candidates Information), 6:00 - 7:30 (Tryouts) - Miscoe Upper Cafe
Thursday, December 1st, 5:30-7:00, Miscoe Upper Cafe
Final Tryout:  Friday, December 2nd, Miscoe Upper Cafe 5:30 - ?

All Tryout Days are Mandatory - If you miss a tryout day, you risk not being scored for tumbling and stunting.  Time will not be given to learn the dance or cheer should you miss the night it is taught. 

Tryouts are held at Miscoe Middle School, Upper Cafe

Consequences for Lateness

Completed Green Card and Athletic Fee of $200 is due the first night of tryouts, Wednesday, November 30th.

  Tryouts will consist of:

  • Dance - 4-6 eight count (taught 1st night)
  • Cheer (taught 1st night)
  • Jumps - chosen the first day and part of final tryouts
  • Tumbling - not mandatory - points will be added to your score - assessed Wed & Thurs
  • Stunting - coach will assess progress in stunting over Wed & Thurs  
Final Tryout (Friday, December 2nd):  You will perform in groups of 2 or 3 in front of judges.  I will not be filling out a score sheet for each girl but will have the final selection on the team(s) selected.  Squads will be announced that evening.
